AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping
terms: Prices
are subject to change without notice. During the Holiday Season, orders will take an extra day to process. Call
1-508-230-5985 if you have any shipping related questions.
If
you have placed an order and you have a question regarding shipping or
delivery, please login to your account; most of the time, you will find
any updates, tracking and information in your account notes. When
will my order ship?: Most orders in
stock will leave the warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Some items will be shipped directly from our supplier, which might take
longer to process. Orders
shipped during the Holiday Season will take an extra day to process. Please
allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping. All items may not always
ship together. (business days DO NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) Service
company: UPS or US Postal Service. Shipments to Hawaii
and Alaska: via US Postal Service unless 2-3 Day or Next Day Air
requested by customer. Product
availability is subject to change. Items ordered together will not
necessarily be shipped together. We do not add additional charges if your
items are shipped separately. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we
will notify you and ship the item when it is back in stock. You will receive a second email with your tracking number once your order ships. Shipping
cost per order :
Rush delivery * (a minimum of 24 hours must be considered for order
processing in addition to these delivery times – orders placed on Friday
will not ship until following Monday):
* Commercial
equipment and unusually heavy items have additional shipping charges,
which will show on your shopping cart and will be clearly stated in the
product description. If the total shipping charges of your order, do
not match the chart above, it means one of the items in your cart has
additional shipping charges. International Orders: International
orders: Shipments via US Postal Service. No rush delivery available.
Shipping charges will be calculated after order is received and will
depend on size, price and weight of item(s). Upon your approval of
the shipping charges, your order will be processed. All applicable
duty, custom charges and taxes are paid by the recipient
When placing an
order for international delivery, please keep in mind the following: Our
system will require for you to choose a US state when entering the
address. Please choose any state and we will ignore it when processing the
order. Make
sure the billing address in your order is EXACTLY the same address as the
credit card’s billing address. Double check your email address as this will be our only way of communicating with you. APO Orders: APO orders: We ship
to APO addresses. No rush shipment available for APOs – delivery time
varies between 2-4 weeks. APO orders follow the same shipping chart as regular US
orders. Claims: UPS loss or damage:
We will trace delayed parcels with UPS. For damages, retain the shipping
cartons and damaged goods. Contact UPS for inspection and contact us via
phone or email. This procedure must be followed for goods to be replaced
or credited. Any claim for
missing parts or damaged merchandise must be received by us within 5 days
of delivery of merchandise. We will not honor claims after this timeframe. Kasbahouse
is not responsible for packages which are lost due to incomplete or
incorrect addresses. Please carefully check and confirm addresses before
submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor
number, etc. UPS or other shipping companies are not responsible for
